Refund Policy

Effective Date: 19th February 2025

1. Term / Holiday training program & camps refunds:

  • If you cancel your participation in a program 21 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If you cancel your participation in a program within 21 days of scheduled start or after scheduled start date a refund will be provided minus a 20% administrative fee. 

  • No refunds and makeup classes will be issued for missed sessions.

2. Private/individual session & /social pickup & scrimmages refunds:

  • Cancellations for private or individual sessions must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit to be used for a following session.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows to a scheduled session.

3. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 21 business days of receiving a valid refund request.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Exceptions:

  • Swishlab Basketball reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

  • Swishlab Basketball reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to participants.

Important Notes:

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email.

  • Swishlab Basketball is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participant outside of the training fees.

  • This policy is intended to be fair and transparent. We appreciate your understanding.
